Legal Teams
File and document practice for legal work: matter organisation, client intake, discovery and disclosure sets, retention, chain of custody, and secure exchange with opposing counsel and clients. These pages describe capabilities rather than certifications. Fast.io provides encryption in transit and at rest, granular permissions, an append-only audit log, and full file version history, and it runs on certified infrastructure partners. It does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification.
The pages assume solo and small firms rather than practices with a records department. They cover file structures that survive a matter running for years, intake from clients with no patience for software, and the retention questions that surface at closure rather than at the start. Security is described as specific controls, so you can check them against whatever your own obligations actually require of you.
