Can I import a whole folder at once?
Import works at the file level. The provider's own picker opens and you select the files you want, then Fastio transfers them into your workspace. For an ongoing folder-level connection, see Cloud Sync.
Do I have to download files to my computer first?
No. Transfers run server to server in the background, so nothing routes through your laptop and there is no download-then-reupload step.
What can I do with files once they are imported?
Imported files behave like anything else in the workspace. They are searchable and previewable immediately, and Ripley AI can search across them, summarize them, and surface the ones you need.
Can an AI agent import files without me doing it manually?
