Fastio gives each project a workspace that its people and its AI agents share, and connects that workspace to the storage and the agents you already use.
Project workspaces
Each workspace holds one project's files, members, and activity, and belongs to your organization rather than to any one person. Add people and agents once, and everyone on the project has what they need.
Sync and import from the storage you already use
Keep Dropbox, Box, and OneDrive folders in sync with a workspace, one-way or two-way, or import files from Google Drive, with Google Drive sync coming soon. You adopt Fastio without migrating off anything.
Access for any AI agent
Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and any other MCP client connect to a workspace over one MCP connection, with a CLI and a REST API alongside. Every agent works from the same files as your team.
AI search and answers
Files are indexed on arrival, so people and agents can search a project by content and metadata. Ripley, the built-in AI, answers questions from your files and points back to the file each answer came from.
Metadata extraction
Describe the fields you want, and Fastio extracts them from any set of files you choose into a table you can sort and filter. Contracts, invoices, and reports become data without anyone reading every page.
Sharing, client portals, and e-signature
Send work out through branded shares and portals that recipients open without an account. Documents can go out for signature from the workspace, and the signed copy files itself back.

In Fastio the organization owns every workspace, and each workspace owns its files. When someone leaves or a project ends, the work stays with the project instead of disappearing with a personal account.

Given the same 2,163 files, the same Claude agent reached a complete answer 74% faster working in Fastio than through Dropbox's own connector, and 45% faster than through Box's. It made 38 tool calls in Fastio, against 497 to 782 through Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive, because Fastio returns search results and extracted text instead of raw files.
