At Fastio, we take abuse very seriously. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of misuse of our services, including but not limited to:

• Spamming
• Phishing
• Hosting or distributing malicious content, except when transmitting to a knowing recipient while conducting security research
• Violating United States and European privacy and copyright laws
• Harassment or bullying

We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws and ensuring the safety and privacy of our users.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter any form of abuse or suspect a violation of our policies, please report it immediately to our dedicated abuse team at abuse@fast.io.

When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including any evidence or examples. This will help us investigate and take appropriate action more efficiently. Under GDPR and CCPA, your personal data submitted as part of the abuse report will be handled with the utmost care and used solely for the purpose of investigating and resolving the abuse report.

Copyright claims: send a notice to our Copyright Agent as described in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

Consequences of Abuse

Violations of our abuse policy may result in removal of content and suspension or termination of the account, at our discretion. We will notify the user where the law permits, as described in our Terms of Service. Copyright notices are handled under Section 7 of the Terms, and Fair Use enforcement follows the Fair Use Policy. In some cases, we may also report the abuse to relevant law enforcement authorities. In accordance with GDPR and CCPA, we will notify affected users where the law permits.
