Team Collaboration
Working on the same files as other people, including the ones who do not work for you. These pages cover shared workspaces, review and comment cycles, client and contractor access, permissions that survive staff changes, and keeping a single current version when several people are editing. The recurring theme is scope: giving someone exactly the access the job needs and being able to take it back cleanly afterwards.
The pages assume mixed groups: employees, contractors, clients, and the occasional person who will only ever open one file and never return. They cover access that matches that reality, review cycles that end in a decision instead of a thread, and what to do when the same document is being edited in three places at once. Version history does much of the work here.
