How does seat billing work?
Fast.io replaces expensive per-seat billing with simple, fixed-price plans. We include generous seat allocations (5 for Free, 25 for Pro, and 100 for Business). Need more? Add unlimited extra users for just $1/user/month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from your Fast.io dashboard at any time. Changes to your plan take effect immediately, and any unused credits will be prorated or adjusted accordingly.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Don't worry, we won't cut you off. You can enable auto-top-up to purchase additional credit packs instantly, or upgrade to the next tier. We'll alert you when you hit 80% and 90% usage.
Do unused credits roll over?
For annual plans, yes! Monthly credits reset at the end of the billing cycle. Top-up packs never expire.
