Is there a free plan?
Fastio offers 14-day trials on monthly billing for Starter, Business, and Enterprise instead of a permanent free tier. Each trial requires a credit card so your workspace can continue if the trial ends or you use your trial credits.
What do I get during the trial?
You can trial Starter, Business, or Enterprise on monthly billing with room to test real folders, cited AI answers, portals, approvals, and team workflows before the selected plan activates.
Do I have to build the workflows myself?
No. You describe the process to your agent in plain language, and it sets up and runs the steps for you. There is no flowchart to wire up and no automation to configure.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial runs until the 14-day trial period ends or your trial credits run out, whichever comes first. At that point your selected plan activates automatically and billing begins so your workspace keeps running without a gap. You can switch plans or cancel anytime before then, and your files are always yours to export.
Can I start paid immediately?
Yes. Yearly billing on Starter, Business, and Enterprise starts paid right away, so choose Yearly above and continue from any of those plans to begin your subscription immediately with no trial period.
What counts as 'usage'?
Credits cover AI work: chat, file ingestion, agent runs, and document processing. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
What happens if I need more usage?
You can move to a higher plan or add usage where available. Business and Enterprise are built for higher-volume work. Enterprise also lets you add seats beyond the included 50. Credits are priced in round, forecastable chunks: $10 per 100,000 credits (billed at $0.0001 per credit).
